1. The service

CS Worth provides browser-based guessing games and related informational pages about CS2 skins, maps, players and market context. The service is offered for personal entertainment and general information. A game, dataset, asset or feature may be changed, paused, replaced or removed as the project develops.

You are responsible for having a compatible browser and internet connection. We do not promise that every page, image, data source, room or score will remain available or error-free.

2. Eligibility and personal use

Use the site only if you can agree to these terms under the law that applies to you. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission for your use of an online service, obtain that permission. Do not use CS Worth for an unlawful purpose or as a substitute for an official Valve or Steam service.

The permission to use the site is personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable. It does not give you ownership of the site, its code, datasets, visual design, trademarks or third-party content.

3. No account, purchase or prize

CS Worth does not require Steam login and does not sell, award or transfer skins, money, items or prizes through the games. Scores, streaks, room codes and game results have no cash or inventory value.

Do not use the site for gambling, wagering, case opening, roulette, betting, skin trading, fraud or attempts to obtain another person’s account, credentials or inventory. CS Worth is a game hub, not a marketplace or financial service.

4. Friend Play and room codes

Friend Play lets visitors create or join a room for a selected game when the room service is available. You are responsible for sharing a room code only with the people you intend to invite and for treating that code as access to the room.

Do not use a room to harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information, distribute malware or coordinate unlawful activity. A room may be unavailable, expire or be removed, and the site does not promise chat, matchmaking, synchronisation or permanent room history unless the interface expressly says otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload, probe, scrape abusively or interfere with the site, room endpoint, hosting or security controls.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls or technical restrictions, or attempt to reverse engineer private services.
• Do not submit malware, unlawful content, another person’s private information or credentials.
• Do not misrepresent CS Worth as an official Valve, Steam or Counter-Strike service.
• Do not use automated activity to manipulate scores, disrupt another player’s room or create misleading traffic.

6. Content, names and third-party rights

The CS Worth name, original interface, writing and code belong to the project or its licensors. CS2 names, weapon names, map names, player identities, trademarks, screenshots and other third-party material may belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights.

You may not copy the site’s design, text, dataset or assets as a competing service without permission. If you believe a page or asset should be corrected, credited or removed, contact [email protected] with the exact URL and reason.

7. Information, prices and answers

Game answers and displayed values are provided for gameplay and general information. Market values can move, player teams can change, map clues can be ambiguous and a dataset can become stale. Do not make a purchase, trade, investment, roster or other important decision solely from CS Worth.

If you send a correction or suggestion, you permit the project to review it and use the factual correction or general feedback to improve the service. Do not send confidential material or content you do not have the right to share.

8. External services

The site may rely on hosting, CDN, security, email, room, image or other third-party services. Those services can have separate terms, privacy practices, outages and content policies. CS Worth does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent actions or availability.

9. Availability, security and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We try to keep the games useful and safe, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete data, accurate prices, permanent local storage, uninterrupted rooms or that every image will load on every network.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CS Worth is not responsible for losses caused by an unavailable service, incorrect or stale information, third-party outage, browser storage loss, room misuse, malware outside our control or a decision made from game content. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

10. Suspension and changes

We may limit or end access to a page, room or feature when needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or project changes. We may update these terms as the service evolves. The updated version will appear on this page with a new date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
