The contact address

CS Worth is an independent project and currently uses one public contact address for project communication. Messages are reviewed for the purpose described in the message; there is no separate customer-support account or Steam support channel.

What you can report

  • A wrong answer, stale player team, incorrect map label or misleading game clue.
  • A broken page, missing image, layout problem or accessibility issue.
  • A privacy question or request about information sent to the site.
  • A copyright, trademark, licensing or asset-removal concern.
  • A security problem that could affect another visitor or the site itself.
  • A partnership or other project question that is not related to Valve or Steam support.

For a useful correction

Please include the following where possible. A precise report lets us check the dataset instead of guessing what went wrong.

  • The full page URL and game mode.
  • The item involved: skin, map, player, team or price value.
  • What the page currently says and what you believe should change.
  • A source or screenshot when the issue depends on a current fact.
  • The device or browser only if the problem is visual or interactive.

Rights and privacy requests

For an asset or rights concern, identify the exact page, image or name and explain the requested correction or removal. For a privacy request, use the same address and describe the request without sending unnecessary personal data. We may need enough information to verify and action the request.

Please do not send sensitive credentials

Never send a Steam password, API key, session cookie, payment card number, inventory credential or any other secret. CS Worth does not need those details to investigate a game or content issue. If you are reporting a security problem, describe the impact and reproduction steps without including live secrets.

Response expectations

CS Worth is a small independent project, so response times can vary and not every suggestion will result in a change. We may reply to clarify a report, group duplicate issues or confirm that a dataset correction is queued. Contacting CS Worth does not create a service-level agreement.
