Guess the CS2 player using roster and profile clues
Guess the Player is a CS2 player quiz built for people who follow professional Counter-Strike. Enter a nickname, read the feedback grid, and narrow the answer using current team, country, age and role—without revealing letters from the name.
How to play
- Search for a nickname and submit a player from the active profile pool.
- Read green exact matches for team, country and role, plus the older/younger arrow for age.
- Combine the rows to identify the player before the run ends; the answer name is revealed only at the end.
Which player facts are compared?
Every guess is compared with a curated player record containing the current team label, country, age and primary role. Rosters change quickly after transfers, stand-ins, retirements and role changes, so the game shows the snapshot date used by the pool.
How to solve the player feedback grid
Treat each row as a filter. A green team, country or role is an exact match. For age, an arrow tells you whether the target is older or younger. The best strategy is to choose a new player that tests several remaining possibilities rather than repeating a near miss.
- Team and country: exact matches can remove a large part of the active roster immediately.
- Age: directional feedback gives you a range even when the number is not exact.
- Role: rifler, AWPer, IGL, anchor, support and hybrid labels describe the dataset’s primary profile tag.
Dated roster and profile snapshot
Source: a curated CSWorth professional-player snapshot assembled from roster and profile references. Team, country, age and primary role are the comparison fields; green cells mean exact equality and the age arrow compares direction. This is not a live roster feed. Transfers, birthdays, stand-ins, retirements and role changes can make a record stale until the next dataset update.

Frequently asked questions
How do I play the CS2 player guessing game?
Search for a professional player nickname, choose a suggestion and submit it. The feedback row compares the guess with the target using team, country, age and role clues.
Does Guess the Player reveal letters?
No. There are no name-letter clues. You solve the round from profile feedback, and the target name is shown when the run is complete or the answer is found.
What does green mean in the player quiz?
Green means the field is an exact match for the target player. Team, country and role use exact-match feedback; age also shows whether the target is older or younger when it does not match.
Which player clues are compared?
The game compares team, country, age and primary role from the dated player snapshot. It does not use a player rating or reveal letters from the answer.
Are the CS2 player teams and ages always current?
No dataset can stay current without updates. CS Worth uses a dated roster snapshot and may lag behind a transfer, stand-in, retirement or role change. The snapshot date is shown in the game interface.
Can I play the CS2 player quiz with a friend?
Yes. Create or join a Friend Play room and compare how quickly you can narrow the same type of player profile. No Steam login is required.
